- Read tank drawings and follow supervisor instructions.
- Fit and align tank plates, shell, bottom, roof, nozzles and manholes.
- Do marking, measuring, grinding, cutting and plate fit-up.
- Check level, alignment and dimensions before welding.
- Work with welders, riggers and QC team.
- Correct fit-up problems as instructed.
- Keep tools and work area clean and safe.
- Follow all safety rules and wear required PPE.
Required Skills:
- Experience in storage tank fitting/fabrication.
- Basic knowledge of drawings and measurements.
- Able to use fitter tools safely.
- Valuable teamwork and discipline.
- Willing to work at height and at project sites.
Qualification & Experience:
- ITI Fitter preferred.
- 3 - 8+ years of experience in storage tank/heavy fabrication work preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
