Job Description — Personal Driver

Position: Personal Driver
Location: Noida / Greater Noida / Delhi NCR
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reporting To: Employer / Family

Job Responsibilities

- Drive the employer and family members safely and professionally to designated locations.
- Maintain punctuality and ensure timely pick-up and drop-off.
- Maintain the assigned vehicle in clean and good operating condition.
- Conduct regular checks of fuel, tyres, engine oil, brakes and other basic vehicle requirements.
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, insurance, pollution checks and other routine maintenance.
- Follow all traffic rules and maintain protected driving practices.
- Assist with luggage, documents or other items when required.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding the employer's personal, family and professional matters.
- Remain flexible with working hours depending on travel requirements.
- Keep accurate records of fuel, tolls, parking and other vehicle-related expenses.
- Ensure proper security and care of the vehicle at all times.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Valid LMV Driving Licence.




- Minimum 3–5 years of professional driving experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of Noida, Greater Noida, Delhi NCR and major routes.
- Clean and responsible driving record.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Good communication skills and professional conduct.
- Punctual, reliable, trustworthy and disciplined.
- Should maintain strict confidentiality and privacy.
- Police verification and reference checks may be required.

Working Requirements

- Working Hours: Flexible, depending on the employer's schedule.
- Weekly Off: 1 day per week, subject to travel requirements.
- Overtime/Outstation Travel: As applicable and mutually agreed.
- Vehicle: Employer-provided vehicle.

Preferred Qualities

- Well-mannered and presentable.
- Familiarity with Google Maps/navigation.
- Non-smoker preferred.
- Experience working as a personal/family driver preferred.
- Willingness to undertake occasional outstation trips.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
