Job Summary

RCI Asset Management LLP is looking for a Business Head to lead business development activities related to distressed assets and financial recovery. The role involves developing business opportunities, building relationships with financial institutions and investors, and supporting transactions from initial sourcing through closure.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities.

Build and maintain relationships with banks, NBFCs, ARCs and investors.

Source suitable distressed-asset opportunities.

Evaluate potential settlement, restructuring and acquisition opportunities.

Coordinate with clients, investors and internal teams.





Support negotiations and transaction documentation.

Manage the business pipeline and follow up on opportunities.

Work towards successful transaction closure.

Maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

3–5 years of relevant experience in financial services, distressed assets, recovery or business development.

Knowledge of financial recovery and related transactions.

Robust communication and negotiation skills.

Good relationship-management and networking abilities.

Ability to independently manage business opportunities.
