Key Responsibilities

- Prepare different varieties of tea as per the hotel menu and customer requirements.
- Prepare regular tea, ginger tea, masala tea, cardamom tea, lemon tea, green tea, black tea and other specialty teas.
- Maintain consistent taste, quality, temperature, and presentation.
- Prepare hot beverages quickly and accurately during busy hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the tea/beverage counter.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of tea, milk, sugar, spices, and other ingredients.
- Check the quality and freshness of ingredients.
- Operate and maintain tea-making equipment and utensils.
- Control wastage and maintain proper portion sizes.
- Maintain adequate stock of tea and beverage ingredients.
- Coordinate with waiters, kitchen staff, and service team for smooth order delivery.
- Handle customer requests professionally.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, grooming, and hotel standards.
- Follow company rules, attendance requirements, and workplace discipline.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per hour
