Job Description – Data Entry Operator

Position: Data Entry Operator
Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
Employment Type: Off-Roll
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant Data Entry experience

Key Responsibilities

- Enter and update data accurately into company systems and databases.
- Maintain and organize records, files, and documents.
- Verify data for accuracy and correct errors when required.
- Handle day-to-day data entry and back-office activities.
- Prepare and maintain basic reports and MIS as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams for data-related requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Data Entry / Back Office Operations.




- Good typing speed and high data accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Valuable attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Graduate candidates preferred.
- Candidates should be responsible, disciplined, and comfortable working with repetitive data-related tasks.
