We are looking for a Content Researcher & Scriptwriter to join our content team and work on YouTube content focused on Technology, Finance, Business, Startups, AI, and emerging trends.

The ideal candidate should be someone who closely follows current events and online trends, has strong research skills, and can turn complex information into engaging, accurate, and easy-to-understand video scripts.

Key Responsibilities

- Research trending and current topics in technology, finance, business, startups, AI, and related industries.
- Identify topics and stories that have robust potential for YouTube content.
- Conduct detailed research using credible sources, news platforms, company websites, reports, interviews, and other reliable sources.
- Find unique angles, statistics, facts, and insights that make a story more interesting.
- Write engaging and well-structured YouTube video scripts.
- Create strong hooks, introductions, storytelling structures, and calls to action.
- Simplify complex topics while maintaining accuracy and context.
- Fact-check information before submitting scripts.
- Keep scripts updated with the latest developments and information.
- Work with the creative and production team to improve content ideas and scripts.
- Pitch new video topics and content ideas regularly.

Requirements

- Excellent research and writing skills.

- Previous experience writing YouTube scripts, articles, blogs, or digital content is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in content research, scriptwriting, journalism, digital media, or a similar role.
- Experience working with YouTube channels or content creators.
- Knowledge of YouTube audience retention and storytelling.
- Experience researching business, finance, technology, or startup-related topics.
- Familiarity with AI-powered research and writing tools.

You should be able to spot a trending story, understand why people care about it, find the interesting angle, research it properly, and turn it into a compelling video idea and script.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
