We are looking for a confident, creative, and camera-friendly On-Camera Content Creator who can create engaging video content for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable facing the camera, presenting ideas clearly, and participating in the complete content creation process — from understanding the concept to shooting and coordinating the final video.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and present engaging on-camera video content, including Reels, Shorts, interviews, talking-head videos, and trend-based content.
- Face the camera confidently and communicate ideas clearly in English.
- Research current social media trends, formats, hooks, and content styles.
- Participate in brainstorming and contribute fresh ideas for video concepts and series.
- Work with the video/editorial team during shooting and content production.
- Understand basic framing, lighting, expressions, body language, and presentation.
- Create content relevant to the IT, technology, business, and company-branding space.
- Adapt content according to different platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.




- Stay updated with emerging content trends and suggest ideas that can improve reach and engagement.
- Assist in creating captions, hooks, and basic content concepts when required.

Requirements

- Camera-facing is mandatory.
- Good English communication and presentation skills.
- Confident personality with the ability to speak naturally in front of a camera.
- Creative mindset and understanding of current social media trends.
- Comfortable appearing in Reels, Shorts, interviews, and other video formats.
- Basic understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook content.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in content creation are welcome.
- Prior experience in content creation, anchoring, media, influencing, journalism, or video production will be an advantage.
