We are looking for a skilled, reliable, and enthusiastic Café Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable preparing a variety of café-style food and beverages, maintain high standards of taste and presentation, and follow proper hygiene and food-safety practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook café menu items according to standard recipes and portion sizes.
- Maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes.
- Prepare café-style dishes as required.
- Assist in developing or testing new menu items.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- Check freshness and quality of food supplies before use.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, cooking equipment, and workstations.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety standards.
- Monitor inventory and inform the supervisor when ingredients need to be replenished.
- Minimize food wastage through proper portion control and storage.
- Coordinate with servers and other kitchen staff to ensure timely order completion.




- Handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours.
- Follow opening and closing kitchen procedures.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a cook, café cook or kitchen assistant is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation.
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistent quality.
- Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Punctual, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle kitchen equipment safely.

Preferred Skills:

- Basic knowledge of portion control and food costing.
- Ability to assist with menu development.
- Creative approach to food presentation.
- Experience working in a small or boutique café environment.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
