We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller Executive to join our team at Egmore, Chennai.

The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, explaining products/services, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Follow up with leads and enquiries through calls and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service information.
- Convert leads into successful sales.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
- Update customer details and sales follow-up status in the CRM/system.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain good customer relationships and provide proper support.

Requirements

- Freshers can also apply.




- Minimum 1 year of experience in Telesales / Telecalling / CRM / Inside Sales is preferred.
- Candidates with B2C or B2B sales experience are welcome.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Valuable customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Candidates should be comfortable working with CRM/software systems.
- No career gap preferred.
- Good communication in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu or Malayalam will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,671.28 - ₹35,355.72 per month
