We are urgently looking for a scanning operator whose job responsibilitis to converts physical documents,records and materials into high quality digital files using production scanners and document management software.

Key Responsibilities

- Document Preparation: Inspect, sort, and prep physical paperwork by removing staples, paperclips, and bindings, and insert batch separator or break sheets.
- Machine Operation: Run high-volume production scanners, adjust settings (dpi, color/grayscale, contrast), and monitor feed rates to prevent jams or double-feeds.
- Quality Control: Inspect digital images for clarity, alignment, distortion, or missing pages, and re-scan documents as necessary.
- Indexing & Data Entry: Name, tag, and organize digital files according to company naming conventions and upload them into the database or Document Operator Resume Guide system.
- Equipment Maintenance: Clean glass beds, change roller kits, transparent minor mechanical jams, and perform daily hardware calibration.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
