About the Role

We are looking for an IT Sales & Business Development Executive who can independently generate leads and bring IT projects through multiple sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads for Web Development, App Development, Software, AI & IT services.
- Build and manage multiple sales pipelines simultaneously.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn Outreach, Cold Email, Cold Calling and Upwork.
- Find relevant projects on Upwork and submit personalized, high-converting proposals.
- Identify decision-makers on LinkedIn and run effective outreach & follow-ups.
- Handle client communication, requirement gathering, negotiation and follow-ups.
- Convert qualified leads into paid projects and long-term clients.
- Maintain CRM/pipeline and regularly track leads, follow-ups and conversions.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales/revenue targets.





Requirements

- Experience in IT Sales / B2B Business Development.
- Hands-on knowledge of Upwork bidding and proposal writing.
- Valuable understanding of LinkedIn outreach and cold email.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with targets and generate business independently.
- Experience selling IT services will be preferred.

Someone who doesn't just generate leads, but can build the pipeline → communicate with prospects → follow up → negotiate → close projects.
