About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Insurance Client Handling Specialist to support our USA-based insurance clients. The role involves handling policyholder inquiries, processing claims, managing renewals, and providing day-to-day administrative and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

Handle policyholder and client inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Assist with insurance claims processing and follow-ups.
Process policy renewals, updates, and related documentation.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Coordinate with insurance carriers, clients, and internal teams.
Ensure timely resolution of customer requests and issues.





Requirements

Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
Willingness to work in a U.S. night shift.
