About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Field Service Architect to lead the technical architecture and delivery of complex Salesforce Field Service solutions. The role requires strong expertise in Salesforce Field Service, enterprise architecture, integrations, custom development, data migration, and client-facing technical consulting.

You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to understand complex requirements, define scalable Salesforce solutions, lead technical design discussions, and provide architectural governance throughout implementation.

What You'll Do

- Work with client stakeholders to understand business objectives, requirements, technical constraints, and expected outcomes.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce Field Service solutions.
- Lead technical discovery, architecture, and solution design sessions with clients and project teams.
- Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce Field Service solutions covering field operations, scheduling, dispatch, mobile workforce, service processes, and integrations.
- Define technical architecture across Salesforce and connected enterprise applications.
- Design integrations using Salesforce APIs and external systems, including REST/SOAP and middleware-based integrations.
- Provide technical direction for Apex, Lightning/LWC, Salesforce APIs, custom development, and platform capabilities.




- Lead data migration and ETL-related technical activities as part of Salesforce implementations.
- Establish and enforce development standards, design patterns, code quality practices, and technical governance.
- Conduct architecture and code reviews to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
- Troubleshoot and deep-dive into complex Salesforce implementation and integration issues.
- Identify technical gaps between the client's current workplace and the desired future-state architecture.
- Ensure solutions are designed for scalability, reliability, performance, and long-term maintainability.
- Collaborate with Salesforce product teams, developers, architects, administrators, partners, and client stakeholders.
- Contribute to pre-sales activities including discovery workshops, technical deep dives, solution discussions, and POC development when required.
- Provide technical leadership throughout project delivery and ensure architectural decisions align with business objectives.

What We're Looking For

- 8+ years of relevant CRM/Salesforce experience, with strong preference for candidates having 9–14 years of overall CRM experience.
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience.




- Strong hands-on experience designing and delivering end-to-end Salesforce Field Service implementations.
- Proven experience working as a Salesforce Technical Architect, Solution Architect, Field Service Architect, or equivalent senior architecture role.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Field Service capabilities and architecture.
- Good knowledge of the wider Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, scalability, performance, security, and design patterns.
- Hands-on understanding of Apex, Lightning/LWC, Salesforce APIs, and Salesforce platform development.
- Strong experience with system integrations, APIs, ETL, and data migration.
- Experience leading technical design sessions, architecture reviews, and client-facing discussions.
- Ability to investigate and resolve complex technical issues across Salesforce and integrated systems.
- Strong communication, consulting, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.

Good to Have

- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or relevant Salesforce architecture certifications.
- Salesforce Field Service Consultant certification.
- Experience in Utilities, Telecom, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Finance, or other field-service-intensive industries.
- Experience with Salesforce mobile and Field Service mobile capabilities.
- Experience with middleware and enterprise integration platforms.
- Experience supporting Salesforce pre-sales, POCs, and technical proposals.
- Experience working with large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations.
