We are looking for a proactive and responsible Field Operations Executive to manage day-to-day field activities, coordinate with partners/customers, ensure smooth service operations, and resolve operational issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and execute day-to-day field operations.
- Visit hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, pharmacies, corporate locations, or other assigned sites as required.
- Coordinate with partners, vendors, customers, and internal teams.
- Ensure smooth execution of assigned operational activities.
- Handle field-level issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Collect and verify required documents, information, and operational data.
- Maintain accurate records of field visits, activities, and reports.
- Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with company processes.
- Follow up with stakeholders regarding pending tasks and requirements.
- Prepare daily/weekly field activity reports.
- Support the operations team in achieving service and operational targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.




- 0–2 years of experience in field operations, field sales, healthcare operations, customer service, or a similar role.
- Must have a two-wheeler/bike and a valid driving licence.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with frequent local travel.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets and mobile applications.
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently in the field.
- Should be comfortable handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
