Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR activities and support employees and business teams across the complete employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Handle Employee Relations, Grievances & Disciplinary Matters
- Manage Performance Appraisals, KRAs & Confirmation
- Support Recruitment, Onboarding & Manpower Planning
- Drive Employee Engagement & Retention
- Ensure HR Policy Implementation & Statutory Compliance
- Coordinate Attendance, Payroll Inputs & Employee Records
- Prepare HR MIS & Reports
- Partner with managers and leadership on HR & people-related matters

Candidate Profile





- 7+ years of relevant experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations / HRBP roles
- Solid hands-on experience in HR Operations & Employee Relations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Strong stakeholder management & employee-handling skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel & HRMS
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred

Preferred: Candidates with strong end-to-end HR Generalist experience and excellent employee relations skills.

Not Preferred: Profiles focused only on Recruitment, Payroll or Administration.
