We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Fresher Pizza Chef / Trainee Pizza Chef to join our kitchen team. The candidate will receive training in pizza preparation, dough handling, toppings, oven operation, food safety, and kitchen hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and ingredients.
- Learn and follow standard pizza recipes and preparation methods.
- Assist with stretching, shaping, topping, and baking pizzas.
- Operate pizza ovens and kitchen equipment under supervision.
- Maintain proper portion sizes and food quality.
- Keep the pizza station clean, organized, and hygienic.
- Follow food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
- Check the freshness and quality of ingredients.
- Assist senior chefs during busy working hours.
- Help with stock arrangement and proper food storage.




- Minimize food wastage and maintain cleanliness.
- Follow instructions from the Senior Chef / Kitchen Manager.

Requirements

- Fresher candidates are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of cooking or food preparation is an advantage.
- Passion for cooking and willingness to learn.
- Good teamwork and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen workplace.
- Good hygiene and cleanliness habits.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
