Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily plant and production operations.
- Manage operators, helpers, and shift manpower.
- Monitor production targets, machinery, and process parameters.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Production teams.
- Ensure proper machine operation, housekeeping, and safety compliance.
- Maintain shift-wise production reports and records.
- Handle basic operational issues and report breakdowns promptly.




- Ensure compliance with SOPs and PPE requirements.

Requirements

- ITI / Diploma preferred.
- 1–5 years of relevant plant/production experience.
- Strong manpower handling and leadership skills.
- Good communication and basic troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
