About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Centre Manager to lead sales, business development, and centre operations for our physiotherapy and wellness centre. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in driving revenue, developing corporate tie-ups, managing teams, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales, revenue growth, and business development for physiotherapy and wellness services.
- Develop corporate tie-ups with companies, hospitals, gyms, fitness centres, and other potential partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Oversee daily centre operations and ensure smooth service delivery.




- Build strong client relationships and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance, revenue generation, and target achievement.
- Prepare business reports and implement strategies to improve sales and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 20+ years of relevant experience in sales, business development, centre management, or operations.
- Experience in physiotherapy, healthcare, or wellness, will be preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to develop corporate partnerships and drive business growth.
- Strong ownership, accountability, and a professional approach.
