We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to supervise daily construction activities and manage workers at the project site. The Site Supervisor will ensure that work is completed properly, safely, and according to the project schedule and instructions from the Site Engineer/Project Manager.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities at the site.
- Manage and coordinate masons, helpers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other workers.
- Allocate daily work to workers and monitor their performance.
- Ensure construction work is carried out according to drawings and instructions.
- Monitor brickwork, plastering, concrete work, flooring, painting, and finishing activities.
- Check the quality of workmanship and report issues immediately.




- Monitor material usage and reduce unnecessary wastage.
- Check and report material requirements to the Site Engineer.
- Maintain daily labour attendance and work records.
- Coordinate with contractors and workers for smooth site operations.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness at the construction site.
- Follow and maintain basic site safety procedures.
- Report daily progress and site issues to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.
- Ensure work is completed according to the planned schedule.
- Assist with measurements and basic quantity calculations when required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
