- Qualification: Graduate in Computer Science, IT, or any relevant field.
- Experience: 1–2 years in Software Support / Technical Support / Customer Support.
- Freshers with valuable technical knowledge and communication skills may also be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, WhatsApp, and remote support.Assist customers with software installation, configuration, and basic troubleshooting.
2.Coordinate with the Development/Technical Team for bugs, errors, and complex technical issues.
3.Provide product demonstrations and user guidance/training whenever required
4.Maintain good customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
