Key Responsibilities

- Manage the product lifecycle for electrical components and systems.
- Support product strategy, development and market positioning in line with business requirements.
- Work closely with R&D;, design, production and cross functional teams for product development and improvement.
- Coordinate and support current product launches and product lifecycle improvements.
- Understand customer requirements and incorporate customer feedback into product improvements.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market requirements and opportunities.
- Ensure electrical products meet applicable industry standards, safety requirements and quality benchmarks.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for product related requirements and development.
- Support technical discussions with clients and internal teams.
- Analyse product performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Guide and mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development.
- Travel as required for client meetings, vendor coordination and project execution.

Candidate Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.




- 10–15 years of experience in Product Management or Product Development in the electrical industry.
- Strong technical understanding of electrical products, components and systems.
- Experience in product lifecycle management and product launches.
- Understanding of product development, improvement and technical evaluation.
- Exposure to market research, competitor analysis and customer requirements.
- Strong communication, analytical and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with R&D;, design, production, quality, vendors and clients.
- Willingness to travel when required.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in electrical products, switchgear, electrical components, panels, industrial electrical equipment or related electrical manufacturing will be considered.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
