Role Overview

We are seeking a highly mo vated and skilled Senior So ware Engineer with strong exper se in Python development, REST API engineering, and CI/CD automa on to join our engineering team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining so ware solu ons while collabora ng directly with customers and cross-func onal teams. In addi on to core so ware development, the candidate will contribute to modern AI-driven solu ons leveraging LLMs, Agen c AI workflows, MCP-based integra ons, and automa on pla orms.

The role demands strong technical ownership, customer interac on capabili es, and the ability to independently drive technical decisions.

Key Responsibili es

 Design, develop, and maintain scalable applica ons using Python.  Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.

 Build, maintain, and opmize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.

 Develop and troubleshoot containerized applica ons using Docker and virtualized environments.

 Collaborate with customers to gather requirements, clarify technical expecta ons, and deliver solu on proposals.

 Analyze technical challenges and independently drive implementa on decisions.  Implement secure and reliable so ware solu ons following best prac ces in networking, authen ca on, SSL, and infrastructure security.

 Contribute to architecture discussions and technology evalua ons.  Prepare technical documenta on and support knowledge-sharing ac vi es.

 Work closely with distributed global teams in an Agile environment. Required Technical Skills So ware Development

 Strong proficiency in Python programming.  Experience in developing scalable backend services and automa on solu ons.

 Valuable understanding of so ware design principles and coding best prac ces. API Development

 Hands-on experience in REST API development.

 Knowledge of API design,



authen ca on mechanisms, and integra on pa erns. CI/CD & DevOps

 Experience with Jenkins for Con nuous Integra on and Con nuous Deployment.

 Familiarity with source control systems such as Git. Infrastructure & Pla orm Knowledge Positive understanding of:  Virtual Machines (VMs)

 Security Best Prac ces  Infrastructure Troubleshoo ng Customer Interac on  Ability to work independently with customers.

 Strong communica on, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management skills.  Capable of driving technical discussions and solu on alignment. Preferred Skills (Good to Have)  Understanding of IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM/ALM), IBM Rhapsody, or similar MBSE/ALM tools.

 Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI-assisted development concepts.  Exposure to Agen c AI Workflows and AI orchestra on frameworks.  Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) concepts and implementa ons.  Hands-on experience with n8n or similar workflow automa on pla orms.

 Exposure to cloud-na ve architectures and AI-driven applica ons Qualifica on  Bachelor's or Master's Degree in: o Computer Science o Informa on Technology o Electronics & Communica on o So ware Engineering o Related Engineering Discipline Experience  Minimum 4 years of professional so ware development experience.  Proven experience delivering customer-facing soware solu ons. 

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred. Behavioral Competencies  Strong problem-solving and analy cal mindset.  High level of ownership and accountability.
