Job Summary

DMCFS Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and coordinating with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Naukri.com, Indeed, LinkedIn, WorkIndia, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate with candidates over calls and messages regarding interview schedules.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates to ensure attendance.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with the internal hiring team regarding candidate status and interview feedback.




- Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets.

Required Skills

- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri.com, Indeed, LinkedIn, WorkIndia, and other sourcing platforms.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of the recruitment and interview process.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented setting.
