Position: Business Development Executive-Trivandrum
Salary: ₹15k-25k per month+ Performance Based Incentives

Timing: 9.30am-5.00pm
Location & Travel: Field -Based role (Frequent local& regional client travel required)

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, target, and generate new business leads through market research and outbound calls. Travel to client locations to conduct pitch presentations and negotiate commercial terms. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision- makers and existing accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams to align business offerings with client requirements. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets, tracking pipeline activity consistently.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Male or female candidates are required.Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and field work is mandatory. Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in the field& manage time effectively.
Benefits:
Salary: ₹15k-₹25k per Month+ Performance based Incentives.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
