Job Designation: Tracking Executive

Job Location: Gurugram

Office Hours: 9:30 A.M.-6:30 P.M.

Industry: Transportation,Logistics,Supply Chain and FTL

Functional Area: Operations

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and track pan-India vehicle movement from dispatch to delivery.
- Coordinate with drivers,fleet owners,transporters and internal operations teams.
- Ensure timely vehicle placement,movement updates and delivery status.
- Identify delays,route deviations,stoppages and other operational issues and take timely action.
- Maintain real-time tracking updates through internal systems/applications.
- Follow up continuously with drivers and fleet owners for vehicle movement.
- Escalate critical delays and exceptions to the Operations/Management team.




- Prepare daily tracking,pending vehicle and delivery status reports.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle movement and operational activities.
- Coordinate with Operations,Customer Support and other teams to resolve shipment-related issues.
- Ensure adherence to operational processes and turnaround timelines.

Skills/Requirements:

- 2–5 years of experience in vehicle tracking,fleet operations,logistics or transportation. Solid follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of GPS/vehicle tracking systems and logistics applications.
- Good command of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Ability to handle multiple vehicles and urgent operational situations.
- Good problem-solving and escalation-management skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Preferred Profile:

Candidates from Logistics,Transport,Fleet Management,Freight,3PL or Supply Chain backgrounds will be preferred.
