Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional to drive project sales growth, develop recent business opportunities, and manage strategic accounts across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, generate, and close new project-based business opportunities
- Develop and execute business development strategies
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-value projects
- Manage relationships with architects, lighting consultants, PMCs, developers, corporates, and contractors
- Handle the end-to-end project sales cycle, from lead generation to order closure and execution coordination
- Coordinate with Design, R&D;, Production, and Supply Chain teams




- Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging project opportunities
- Support product positioning and market expansion

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 5 years of experience in project sales
- Experience in Lighting / Sanitary / Interior / Glass industries preferred
- Strong exposure to project sales and key account management
- Strong network with architects, consultants, developers, and project stakeholders
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic mindset with strong hands-on execution ability
- Graduate in Electrical/Illumination; MBA preferred

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
