- Plan and conduct internal QMS and process audits.
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 / ISO 9001, procedures and work instructions.
- Identify NCs, observations and process gaps and prepare audit reports.
- Coordinate Root Cause Analysis, CAPA and 8D for audit findings.
- Track corrective actions and verify effective closure.
- Maintain audit schedules, checklists, reports and QMS records.
- Support customer, certification and surveillance audits.
- Monitor recurring NCs and identify continual improvement opportunities.
