Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with 3–5 years of experience in the media industry. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and proven experience in handling diverse clients across both B2B and B2C segments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the media domain
- Manage and build strong relationships with clients across B2B and B2C markets
- Handle end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to closure
- Understand client requirements and offer customized media solutions
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and consistently achieve sales targets




- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential opportunities

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
- Proven experience in both B2B and B2C sales
- Ability to manage multiple clients effectively
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
- Valuable understanding of the media/advertising industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
