Job Summary

Akayukthi Nature Cure Centre is looking for a professional, organised, and trustworthy Front Office & Accounts Executive to manage reception and front-office operations while assisting with day-to-day billing, accounts, and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome and assist patients and visitors professionally.

* Handle phone calls, enquiries, appointments, and patient coordination.

* Manage patient registration, billing, payments, receipts, and records.

* Maintain daily cash, payment, expense, invoice, and other basic financial records.

* Assist with cash reconciliation and maintain proper financial documentation.

* Coordinate with doctors, therapists, management, and other staff to ensure smooth operations.

* Maintain organised office, patient, and financial records.

* Handle administrative responsibilities as assigned by management.





* Maintain strict confidentiality regarding patient and organisational information.

Requirements

* Qualification in Commerce, Accounting, Administration, Business Management, or a related field preferred.

* Experience in reception, front office, billing, accounts, or administration will be an advantage.

* Basic knowledge of accounting and financial documentation.

* Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.

* Knowledge of accounting software will be an added advantage.

* Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

* Honesty, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Preferred: Candidates with previous experience in a healthcare, wellness, clinic, or hospitality environment.
