We’re looking for a confident, bold & creative Social Media Manager who can build the digital presence of our real estate brand.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

- Confident and comfortable in front of the camera , presentable & energetic personality Bold and expressive communication skills Excellent Hinglish/English speaking skills Ability to create daily Instagram Reels, Stories & other content Should be comfortable visiting properties and shooting on-site Understands Instagram trends, hooks, viral formats & audience engagement Can independently come up with fresh content ideas Basic knowledge of video editing, captions, hashtags & social media growth Real estate/content-creation experience is a plus

YOUR DAILY ROLE:

- Create & appear in regular property videos/reels Shoot content at luxury projects,



properties & locations Manage Instagram and other social media platforms Plan a daily/weekly content calendar Coordinate with the sales team for recent property inventory Track views, engagement, leads & overall page growth Stay updated with current social media trends

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Someone who is camera-friendly, confident, stylish, creative and not afraid to speak on camera. We want someone who can become the face of our real estate brand, not just manage a social media page.
