Core Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage, train, and mentor first-line managers (ASMs) and field teams.
- Target Achievement: Drive primary and secondary sales goals across the assigned geographic zone.
- Key Relationships: Build and maintain strong networks with top-tier doctors, stockists, chemists, and regional distributors.
- Sales Forecasting: Analyze market trends, track performance metrics, and build data-backed regional sales forecasts.
- Field Execution: Conduct joint fieldwork with the team to evaluate selling skills and resolve on-ground challenges.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharma (B.Pharm), or Business/Marketing (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 8 to 15 years of total pharma sales experience, with at least 2 to 5 years successfully working as an Area Sales Manager or Regional Manager.
- Skills: Robust leadership, data analytics, sales forecasting, communication, and deep knowledge of regional pharmaceutical markets.
