Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity & Ethical Hacking Trainer to deliver practical, hands-on, and industry-oriented training to students and working professionals. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, ethical hacking, penetration testing, network security, and security tools, with the ability to explain concepts through controlled lab environments and real-world defensive scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct cybersecurity and ethical hacking training for beginners and experienced professionals.
- Develop structured lesson plans, presentations, hands-on labs, exercises, and project assignments.
- Explain cybersecurity fundamentals and common security risks.
- Cover key topics including:

- Vulnerability Assessment

- Conduct hands-on labs in authorized and isolated environments.
- Demonstrate vulnerability identification, assessment, remediation, and reporting.
- Teach learners how to document security findings and prepare professional security reports.
- Provide practical exercises using tools such as Kali Linux, Burp Suite, Wireshark, Nmap, Metasploit, and other appropriate security tools in controlled environments.
- Guide learners through cybersecurity projects and security assessments.




- Prepare learners for cybersecurity certification examinations where required.
- Conduct assessments, mock interviews, quizzes, and practical evaluations.
- Monitor learner progress and provide constructive technical feedback.

Requirements

- Strong hands-on experience in Cybersecurity, Ethical Hacking, Penetration Testing, or Information Security.
- Prior experience as a Cybersecurity Trainer, Security Engineer, Penetration Tester, Security Consultant, or Technical Instructor.
- Strong understanding of networking, operating systems, web applications, and security concepts.
- Experience with vulnerability assessment and penetration testing methodologies.
- Good knowledge of OWASP security principles and common web application vulnerabilities.
- Familiarity with security testing and monitoring tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex cybersecurity concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Real-world cybersecurity project experience is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills & Certifications

- Experience with Kali Linux, Burp Suite, Wireshark, Nmap, Metasploit, and similar security tools.
- Knowledge of web application, API, network, and cloud security.
- Understanding of SIEM and security monitoring concepts is an advantage.
- Experience with SOC operations and incident response is a plus.
- Certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, PenTest+, OSCP, CISSP, or equivalent are an advantage.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP security is preferred.
- Experience training students, working professionals, and corporate teams is an advantage.

Pay: ₹9,371.83 - ₹39,771.72 per month
