Job Description – Banking Operations Executive

Position: Banking Operations Executive
Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
Employment Type: Off-Roll
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Banking / Accounting / Customer Service / Reconciliation

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day banking operations and transaction-related activities.
- Perform account reconciliation and verify transaction records.
- Check and resolve discrepancies in financial and customer account data.
- Maintain accurate records of banking transactions and customer information.
- Handle customer queries related to accounts and transactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and relevant departments for issue resolution.
- Verify and process financial documents and transaction details.
- Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel.
- Ensure all activities are completed accurately and within defined timelines.
- Follow company policies, banking procedures, and compliance requirements.

Candidate Requirements





- Minimum 2 years of experience in Banking Operations, Accounting, Customer Service, Reconciliation, or a related profile.
- Candidates with experience in a banking setting will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of account reconciliation and transaction processing.
- Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Graduate candidates preferred.
- Candidates should be detail-oriented and comfortable handling financial/customer data.
