Our client is a premium manufacturer and designer of architectural-grade, weather-resistant metal furniture and luxury outdoor accessories, serving architects, interior designers, hospitality brands, and commercial developers.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage client inquiries, quotations, proforma invoices, and sales orders
✅ Coordinate with architects, interior designers, hospitality clients, and developers
✅ Work closely with manufacturing, dispatch, and logistics teams for timely order execution
✅ Handle post-sales support, payment follow-ups, dispatch updates, and delivery coordination
✅ Ensure seamless communication between customers and internal teams

Candidate Requirements:





✔ 2–4 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, or Client Relationship Management
✔ Experience in furniture, manufacturing, interior products, or related industries preferred
✔ Solid communication skills in English & Hindi
✔ Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, CRM, and ERP systems
✔ Excellent coordination and customer service skills.
