Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to manage and oversee the complete Human Resources function. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, payroll, compliance, employee engagement, HRMIS, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Handle complete HR operations including employee lifecycle management, documentation, onboarding, and exit formalities.
- Manage and coordinate the payroll process, attendance, leave, and salary-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and company HR policies.
- Maintain and manage employee records through HRMIS/HRMS systems.
- Develop and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Manage performance management and appraisal processes.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, MIS, and workforce-related dashboards.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, training, and development activities.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes.
- Monitor attendance, leave, disciplinary matters, and other employee-related activities.
- Work closely with management to support workforce planning and organizational objectives.
- Ensure proper HR documentation and maintain confidentiality of employee information.




- Support learning & development, employee welfare, and other HR initiatives.
- Handle additional HR responsibilities as required by management.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in HR Management / HR Operations.
- Solid understanding of HR processes, payroll, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
- Ability to manage multiple HR functions independently.
- Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and HRMS/HRMIS platforms.
