- Production & Manufacturing Integration: Oversee ERP production modules to manage jewelry manufacturing workflows, metal and gemstone inventory tracking, bill of materials (BOM), scrap management, and job-work processing.
- Retail Operations & POS Management: Drive ERP deployment and maintenance for retail point-of-sale (POS) systems, store inventory reconciliation, pricing master updates, schemes, and loyalty program integration across all retail showrooms.
- Mobile App & Omnichannel Architecture: Manage seamless API data synchronization between the ERP core and mobile applications for customer engagement, digital catalogs, and internal store operation tools.
- E-commerce & Digital Commerce Integration: Oversee the end-to-end integration of the ERP system with digital/e-commerce platforms, ensuring real-time synchronization of stock availability, order processing, shipping logistics, and customer returns.
- Finance & Accounting Modules: Administer the ERP finance module, managing general ledger accounting, accounts payable/receivable, bullion accounting,
tax compliance (GST/VAT), automated invoicing, and financial reporting.
- ERP Customization & System Enhancement: Work closely with cross-functional business heads (Production, Retail, Finance, E-commerce) to gather requirements, customize workflows, optimize database performance, and implement strategic upgrades.
- Data Integrity & Reporting: Ensure end-to-end data accuracy across modules, lead master data management (MDM), and design custom BI/MIS reports and executive dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
- Vendor & Project Management: Manage ERP vendor deliverables, implementation timelines, system integrators, and third-party software SLAs while providing escalation support for complex technical issues.
