Social Media Manager

Key Responsiblities:

- Develop and implement the overall social media strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives, brand positioning, and growth goals across relevant platforms.
- Identify target audiences and develop content themes, formats, and communication strategies that effectively engage prospective customers, parents, students, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, audience behaviour, and emerging social media formats to identify opportunities for improving brand visibility and engagement.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars, campaigns, posting schedules, and platform-wise content strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Coordinate with the internal marketing team, designers, agencies, and other stakeholders to develop high-quality, engaging, and brand-consistent creatives, videos, reels, carousels, and other content assets.
- Write, edit, and proofread social media captions, short-form content, blogs, campaign copies, newsletters,



and other communication material while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Manage the end-to-end planning, creation, execution, and promotion of podcasts, including topic planning, guest coordination, content development, publishing, and post-production promotion.
- Manage the creation and execution of monthly newsletters, including content curation, coordination with relevant teams, design direction, scheduling, distribution, and performance tracking.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and queries, manage audience interactions, address escalations professionally, and strengthen online brand presence and community engagement.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize organic and paid social media campaigns; track key performance metrics, prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights, and recommend improvements based on campaign and audience data.
