Project Manager & Business Analyst

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Salary: Up to ₹1 Lakh per month, depending on previous compensation and interview performance

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager & Business Analyst with strong expertise in project analysis, business requirements, presales, solutioning, and client communication. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with AI tools and be capable of working closely with sales, clients, technical teams, and other stakeholders to develop effective technology solutions and proposals.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with the sales and business development teams on proposals, pitches, and client opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into explicit project scopes and effective solutions.
- Act as a technical/business expert during client and business development meetings.
- Manage the complete proposal lifecycle, including scope finalization, solution review, costing, and proposal submission.
- Prepare and present SOW, SRS, FRS, DFDs, project plans, and other relevant documentation.
- Perform effort estimation, time estimation, cost estimation, resource planning, and allocation.
- Prepare solution approaches, proposal documents, presentations, and client-facing materials.
- Participate in presales activities, including solution innovation, value proposition, win themes, and proposal strategy.
- Work closely with clients to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Ensure proposed solutions are aligned with client requirements and organizational capabilities.
- Respond to client requests for information and proposal requirements.
- Present proposals and solutions to clients along with the sales team.
- Manage project risks, conflicts, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.




- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure projects and deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Use AI tools effectively to improve analysis, documentation, solutioning, and productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4+ years of relevant experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, Presales, or Solutioning.
- Strong experience in project scope analysis and requirement gathering.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools is mandatory.
- Experience in preparing SOW, SRS, FRS, DFDs, project plans, and requirement documentation.
- Strong knowledge of effort, time, cost estimation, resource allocation, and project planning.
- Experience in presales, proposal preparation, solution design, and client presentations.
- Experience working on fixed-price, T&M;, and service-based engagements.
- Good understanding of website and web application requirements.
- Exposure to digital technology areas such as UX, mobility, IoT, eCommerce, and web technologies.
- Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and client communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively in a collaborative workplace.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Profile

Candidates with experience in technology consulting, IT services, software/web application projects, presales, business analysis, or solution consulting will be preferred.
