Job OverviewTagore Medical College & Hospital is hiring dedicated and skilled Staff Nurses to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, monitor health conditions, administer treatments, and support doctors across various departments (ICU, OT, General Ward).
Key Responsibilities

- Assess, record, and monitor patient health conditions and vital signs accurately.
- Administer medications, injections, and clinical procedures as prescribed by medical officers.
- Maintain detailed, accurate, and up-to-date patient medical records and clinical documentation.
- Coordinate effectively with doctors, specialists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Educate patients and their family members on illness management and post-care instructions.
- Strictly adhere to hospital infection control, hygiene, and safety protocols.





Requirements / Qualifications

- Education: B.Sc Nursing / GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant clinical nursing experience preferred (Freshers with valid registration may also apply).
- Skills: Strong patient care abilities, critical thinking, effective communication, and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
