3-Month Internship Opportunity | PV Design Engineering

Are you a 3rd or 4th-year Electrical, Electronics, or Energy Engineering student looking to gain real-world experience in the rapidly growing solar energy industry?

At 4Solar Global, we’re inviting enthusiastic and motivated students to join our 3-month PV Design Engineering Internship Program.

This is an opportunity to learn how commercial and utility-scale solar PV projects are designed, engineered, and delivered — while working alongside experienced PV engineers.

What You’ll Learn & Work On

During the internship, you will get exposure to:

- Solar PV system design and engineering
- AutoCAD 2D drafting and PV layout development
- Introduction to AutoCAD 3D and PV modelling
- PVsyst simulations and solar energy yield estimation
- AC & DC cable sizing principles and calculations
- Electrical Single-Line Diagrams (SLDs)
- Cable routing and cable tray layouts
- String layouts and electrical connection diagrams
- Preparation of design documentation and project deliverables
- Bill of Materials (BOM) preparation
- Understanding practical design requirements for commercial & utility-scale solar projects

Who Can Apply?

We’re looking for:

- 3rd or 4th-year students pursuing a Bachelor's degree in:

Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Energy Engineering

- Related engineering disciplines
- Basic knowledge of electrical engineering concepts




- Familiarity with AutoCAD is an advantage
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and calculations
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Previous experience with PVsyst or solar PV design is a plus, but not mandatory.
