Job Summary:

Nagammai Pharma is looking for a Junior HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations, employee documentation, recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination and general HR activities.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of HR processes and the ability to maintain accurate employee records.

Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
- Handle recruitment activities including job posting, candidate sourcing and interview coordination.
- Coordinate employee joining formalities and onboarding documentation.
- Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
- Manage attendance, leave and permission records.
- Prepare HR letters, employee documents and reports.
- Maintain HRMS and employee database records.
- Coordinate with departments regarding manpower requirements and employee-related matters.

Required Skills





- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR operations and recruitment.
- Knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Basic knowledge of HRMS and employee records.
- Good documentation and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Qualification

Any Degree / MBA HR / MSW / PG in HR or related qualification.

Preferred Experience

- Freshers with relevant HR knowledge may apply.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of HR experience will be considered.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
