Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible PAD Installation Manager / HVAC Site Engineer to manage and supervise HVAC installation activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, installation coordination, manpower management, quality control, and ensuring timely completion of projects as per approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage PAD installation and HVAC site activities.
- Coordinate and execute installation work as per approved drawings, layouts, and project specifications.
- Manage site manpower, technicians, subcontractors, and installation teams.
- Ensure proper installation of HVAC equipment, ducting, piping, insulation, and related systems.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, clients, contractors, and other site teams.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure work is completed within the planned schedule.
- Prepare and maintain daily site progress reports and installation updates.
- Check measurements and ensure installation work is carried out as per required standards.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical and installation issues.




- Ensure proper utilization of materials, tools, and manpower at the site.
- Monitor quality, safety, and housekeeping at the project site.
- Coordinate material requirements with the Purchase, Store, and Project teams.
- Conduct inspection and testing of installed HVAC systems as required.
- Ensure completion of snag/punch-point work and support project handover.
- Maintain proper site documentation, drawings, checklists, and reports.
- Travel to project sites as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in HVAC installation and site execution.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation procedures, and site coordination.
- Ability to read and understand HVAC drawings and layouts.
- Good manpower and subcontractor management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in PAD installation / HVAC project execution will be preferred.
- Experience handling commercial, industrial, or large-scale HVAC projects will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
