Roles & Responsibilities

The Commercial & Contracts Manager will be responsible for evaluating the commercial viability of recent business opportunities, infrastructure projects, and EPC contracts by conducting comprehensive financial, commercial, contractual, and risk assessments. The role will support senior management in making informed bid/no-bid decisions through robust analysis of project economics, pricing strategy, profitability, investment returns, and commercial risks.





The incumbent will work closely with Business Development, Engineering, Projects, Procurement, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure that every proposal is commercially optimized while protecting the organization's financial and contractual interests.

1. Commercial Evaluation including Tender proposals (RFPs) & documents,

2.Project Pricing and Financial Modelling

3. Project Financial & Risk Assessment

4. Project Appraisal & Commercial Governance

5. Financial Performance Monitoring

6. Stakeholder Management

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
