- Strong understanding of content creation and trending video formats
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects & DaVinci Resolve
- Knowledge of SFX, motion graphics, color grading & audio editing
- Hands-on experience with AI video tools such as Higgsfield, Runway AI and similar platforms
- Strong documentary editing, storytelling, pacing and visual composition skills
- Experience in videography, cinematography, photography and lighting
- Hands-on experience with professional cameras and production equipment
- Knowledge of audio recording, sound setup and podcast production
- Experience with ATEM, Elgato and similar production equipment
- Familiarity with Reels, Shorts, TikTok and other social media formats
- Strong content research, creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
