ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Plant Head to lead the overall operation of our Polymer Recycling Plant.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving production efficiency, quality, productivity, cost optimization, plant reliability, manpower management, safety and continuous improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead and manage end-to-end plant operations and production.
- Plan and achieve daily/monthly production targets.
- Monitor capacity utilization, production yield, wastage and process losses.
- Oversee plastic recycling processes such as sorting, shredding/grinding, washing, drying, extrusion and pelletizing, as applicable.
- Ensure consistent product quality and minimize rejection/customer complaints.
- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance to maximize machine availability.
- Manage production manpower, shifts, productivity and discipline.
- Ensure compliance with safety, EHS,



housekeeping and 5S requirements.
- Monitor manufacturing costs, utility consumption and material wastage.
- Coordinate with Stores, Purchase, Quality, Maintenance, Commercial, HR and Accounts.
- Drive process improvement, productivity enhancement and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Prepare and present regular plant performance/MIS reports to management.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

The ideal candidate should have:

- Robust experience in plastic recycling, polymer processing or plastics manufacturing.
- 7–10 years of experience in a Plant Head / Plant Manager / Senior Operations position.
- Good understanding of plastic recycling and processing machinery.
- Strong leadership and manpower management capabilities.
- Experience in production planning, quality, maintenance coordination and cost control.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making and execution skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
