About Zorba Estates

Zorba Estates is a Bengaluru-based real estate company working with property owners, buyers, sellers, and businesses. We assist with property discovery, site visits, property marketing, and other real estate requirements.

Job Role

We are looking for a Property Scout to find and visit properties across Bengaluru. The main role involves identifying suitable properties, visiting the locations, taking clear photos and videos, collecting basic property details, and sharing the information with our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify residential and commercial properties in assigned areas.
- Visit properties and collect basic property information.
- Take clear photos and videos of the property.
- Capture interiors, exterior, rooms, parking, entrance, and surroundings.
- Speak with property owners or contact persons to collect details.
- Share property photos, videos, location, and details with the team.




- Coordinate with owners for property visits and access.
- Maintain regular updates of properties visited.
- Travel to different areas across Bengaluru as required.

Requirements

- 10th Pass or above.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Comfortable using a smartphone and WhatsApp.
- Basic knowledge of taking photos and videos.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Travel & Conveyance

Regular travel within Bengaluru will be required for property visits. Travel/conveyance support will be provided as per company policy.
