Job Description: AI Generalist

About the Role

We are looking for a curious, tech-savvy, and creative AI Generalist to join our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of AI tools and their practical applications across content creation, marketing, research, automation, and creative workflows.

The role involves exploring and implementing AI solutions to improve productivity, streamline agency processes, support client projects, and create high-quality digital outputs. The candidate should be comfortable experimenting with current AI tools and quickly adapting to emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Research, test, and implement AI tools for marketing, content, creative, research, and business workflows.
- Use AI tools to create and optimize text, images, videos, presentations, and other digital content.
- Develop effective prompts and workflows to achieve high-quality and consistent AI-generated outputs.
- Support the creative and marketing teams in integrating AI into their day-to-day processes.
- Identify repetitive tasks and explore AI-based automation solutions to improve efficiency.
- Conduct research using AI tools and convert insights into useful content, reports, and recommendations.
- Assist in developing AI-powered solutions for client campaigns and internal agency projects.
- Experiment with new AI platforms, models, and tools and evaluate their practical applications.
- Maintain quality,



accuracy, brand consistency, and originality in AI-generated content.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, content teams, and other departments to execute AI-driven projects.
- Stay updated with the latest developments, tools, trends, and best practices in Generative AI.

Requirements

- Good understanding of Generative AI and commonly used AI tools.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Canva AI, Runway, Perplexity, or similar platforms.
- Good understanding of prompt engineering.
- Basic knowledge of AI automation and workflows is preferred.
- Strong research, creative, and problem-solving skills.
- Quick learner who can adapt to new AI tools and technologies.
- Good communication and attention to detail.
- Experience in a digital marketing or creative agency is preferred.
- Must own a laptop.

Additional Details

- Location: Baner, Pune
- Work Mode: Hybrid
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per hour
