We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.

Develop and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients.

Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.

Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and business meetings with prospective clients.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations based on client requirements.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Follow up consistently with prospects and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.





Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

Track sales activities, targets, conversions, and revenue performance.

Stay updated on digital marketing trends, services, and industry developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition, preferably in a digital marketing agency.

Strong understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, and Content Marketing.

Proven experience in B2B sales and lead conversion.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong client relationship management skills.

Ability to understand business requirements and propose relevant solutions.

Strong follow-up and pipeline management skills.

Target-oriented with a strong focus on revenue generation.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple prospects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹42,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
