About the Role

We are looking for a creative and technically inclined Video Editor cum Studio Operator Intern to join our content team. This role will provide hands-on exposure to the complete video-production workflow—from setting up the studio and recording content to editing and preparing videos for different platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of video editing and production equipment, a good visual sense, and a willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced content environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit short-form and long-form video content for Instagram, YouTube, advertisements, and online courses.
- Set up and operate cameras, lighting, microphones, and teleprompters for studio shoots.
- Record talking-head videos, tutorials, interviews, educational content, and promotional videos.
- Perform basic colour correction, sound editing, transitions, subtitles, and motion graphics.
- Create platform-specific video formats, including 16:9, 9:16, and 1:1.
- Ensure videos meet required quality, formatting, and publishing standards.
- Organise and maintain video files, project folders, footage, and other production assets.
- Assist with day-to-day studio setup, maintenance, and production coordination.




- Work closely with the content and creative teams to understand briefs and deliver content within timelines.
- Maintain consistency in visual quality, branding, audio, and overall presentation across videos.

Required Skills

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
- Basic understanding of camera operation, lighting, and audio recording.
- Good understanding of video composition, pacing, framing, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work with different video formats and aspect ratios.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple files, projects, and deadlines.
- Willingness to learn new editing and production techniques.

Valuable to Have

- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects or other motion-graphics tools.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop or graphic-design tools.
- Experience with YouTube, Instagram Reels, or other digital content platforms.
- Previous experience with personal, college, freelance, YouTube, or social-media video projects.
