Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality In-Charge with 5–8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. The candidate will be responsible for managing overall quality activities, ensuring compliance with quality standards, monitoring incoming, in-process and final inspection, handling customer complaints, reducing rejection and rework, and driving continuous improvement across production processes.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance in a manufacturing workplace.
- Strong knowledge of inspection, testing, process quality, and final product quality.
- Experience in handling quality issues, customer complaints, root-cause analysis, and CAPA.
- Knowledge of quality management systems and documentation.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.




- Ability to analyze quality data and prepare quality reports.
- Experience in managing and supervising a quality team.

Preferred Skills

- Strong knowledge of Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA).
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
- Knowledge of 7 QC Tools and basic statistical techniques.
- Practical experience in Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, 5 Why, , and problem-solving.
- Knowledge of FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, and process improvement tools is preferred.
- Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good leadership and team-management abilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively with Production, Maintenance, Purchase, Stores, and other departments.
- Ability to handle customer and audit requirements professionally.
- Strong decision-making skills and a proactive approach to quality improvement.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
